Returns and withdrawal from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return purchased products within 14 days of receiving the order .

Return Policy

  • The product must be intact, unused and in original packaging .
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products .
  • The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

How do I return a product?

  1. Complete the returns form (you can download it here: [link to PDF form] ).

  2. Package the product together with the completed form.

  3. Send the parcel to:

Refund

  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will refund the funds to your designated account within 14 business days .
  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase.
  • In case of payment on delivery, please provide the account number for refund.
